    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are working with &lt;STRONG&gt;Dynatrace Managed&lt;/STRONG&gt; , and one of the key requirements from our management is to receive a &lt;STRONG&gt;daily problem summary report via email&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Currently, the built-in reporting option in Managed provides only a &lt;STRONG&gt;weekly summary and monthly report&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;and these report have only one feature which is useful but not sufficient for operational needs. Our customer specifically requires a &lt;STRONG&gt;daily report&lt;/STRONG&gt; that includes:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Total number of problems&lt;/STRONG&gt; detected in the last 24 hours&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Breakdown by severity&lt;/STRONG&gt; (availability, performance, errors, resource issues)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Status&lt;/STRONG&gt; (open vs. resolved/closed)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Root Cause Analysis (RCA)&lt;/STRONG&gt; information&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Impacted entities&lt;/STRONG&gt; (applications, services, hosts, databases)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Duration &amp;amp; resolution times (MTTR)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This type of report would greatly help operations and management teams to &lt;STRONG&gt;review incidents daily&lt;/STRONG&gt;, ensure accountability, and track recurring issues proactively.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have explored the &lt;STRONG&gt;Problems API&lt;/STRONG&gt; and can build custom extracts, but the customer is requesting a &lt;STRONG&gt;native feature&lt;/STRONG&gt; similar to the SaaS weekly report — automatically generated and delivered by email — with an option to set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).&lt;/P&gt;
