      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Community, Can someone please help me in connecting dynatrace managed environment through mobile application?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whenever, I am scanning the barcode after generation. it says environment is offline.&amp;nbsp; We have dynatrace behind our VPN. we have added active gate url in firewall for outgoing traffic and connecting dyntrace though vpn in mobile too but still i am having the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Our monitoring people says that I need to create a loadbalancer with the activegate url/host(&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="" title="https://dynatrace-cluster-ag.visionbank.com.sa:9999/rest/health" href="https://dynatrace-cluster-ag.visionbank.com.sa:9999/rest/health" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"&gt;dynatrace-cluster-ag.myorgname.com.sa&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/SPAN&gt; and put active gate nodes behind the LB. Does it solve the issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I just got to know that our network team setup a public load balancer with the url&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://dynatrace-cluster-ag.....com.sk:9999/rest/health" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://dynatrace-cluster-ag.....com.sa&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which is listening on 443 and the traffic is being forwarded to the port 9999 internally.
