How to display user account names in the Lens adoption report?

Hello,

From the Account Management page of the managed cluster, I used the link below to generate a detailed report for adoption and environment.

For the adoption / user activity section, it displays the count of active users and user sessions without the user names

it's very important to get the users accounts who accessed Dynatrace over time,

Is there any workaround to display the user account names in addition to the user sessions and active users count as I can view them from [cluster management / user sessions] page?

Hi @Doaa_Sobhy,

You can get information from dt.system.events Grail Table.

For example :

fetch dt.system.events | fieldsAdd user.email | fieldsAdd client.application_context=if(exists(client.application_context),client.application_context,else: "dynatrace.others") | fieldsAdd dt.app.id=if(isNotNull(dt.app.id),dt.app.id, else: client.application_context)

Thanks for your response, but managed cluster doesn't support neither DQL nor Gril

Hello @Doaa_Sobhy

Since Dynatrace Managed does not support Grail or DQL, there’s no direct way to include usernames in the Adoption report from the Lens page. However, you can try Audit Logs API if it works for you.
