Mobile app IOS issue capturing data

Hello,

Since 4/07/2026 I don’t see any sessions anymore of users using Mobile banking via IOS or MacOs.

Before this date we had normally more then 50% of the users who are using IOS and were registered in Dynatrace.

This info was retrieved with the following querys that gives me the the number of sessions

SELECT osVersion, COUNT(*) as "number of sessions" FROM usersession WHERE ((useraction.application='MobileBanking Web' OR userevent.application='MobileBanking Web' OR usererror.application='MobileBanking Web')) GROUP BY osVersion.

SELECT osVersion, userId as "userId", count(*) FROM usersession WHERE ((useraction.application='MobileBanking Web' OR userevent.application='MobileBanking Web' OR usererror.application='MobileBanking Web')) AND osFamily="iOS" OR osFamily="macOS" group by osVersion, userId ORDER BY osVersion ASC

Since the 4th of July there are almost no sessions captured anymore with IOS. Sometimes, there are 2or 3 sessions captured in stead of some thousands.

It sames that the osFamily="iOS" and osFamily="macOS" are not recognized/captured anymore by Dynatrace.

We are on oneagent 1.337.51.20260520-164208 and the apps are integrated with SDK IOS 26.

Cluster is on version 1.342.74

Active gate is on version 1.337.36

There is nothing changed on our side and in the logs I can see that the platform iOS is still captured well and logged.

Anyone an idea what can be the issue here?

I suggest to create an issue with Dynatrace Support.
Also is this a native mobile app? the OS name listing looks more like resolved from a web based app.
