I could see "No overage allowed | 0/0 MB" under license tab for dynatrace manage. What I understand is that we don't hold any license for log analytics. anyone, please confirm the same?

Hi. It means you can use more connected agents, than you've licensed. Dynatrace will count them by host hours usage and you will be billed in the end of period.

"No overaged allowed" means this feature is sidled

For Log Analytics default license has indeed 0 MB quota and overages disabled. We will soon give a quota for Log Analytics for free at start so you can try it out. Watch Managed release notes.

Thanks Radoslaw, It seems we use "free tier" log analytics license. how does it calculate when it exceeds the limitation provided for free tier?

Do do not have Log Analytics free tier now - unless you are running trial / PoC. If you are, then that's no additional cost.
