For Managed, this thread suggests consumption of DEM for synthetics can be blocked globally by setting "Synthetic monitors: monthly limit: 0" for the environment. Is this true?

For SaaS, there doesn't seem to be a corresponding setting that I could find. Does this capability exist for SaaS.

We do not wish to consume DEM for any synthetic monitor.
