Dynatrace and Microsoft Dynamics CRM choking System

Hello,

When installing Dynatrace on a Microsoft CRM environment, the mem and cpu usage changes for the worst.

The process that effects this situation the most is sandboxworker.exe.

Included a graph with the results of a preformance test on a pre prod environment.

The first hump is without monitoring the sbw process, the second two humps are with sbw monitoring turned on.

In production this situation killed the system.

Can sombody explain why .net monitoring from dynatrace can influance a process that mutch?

Did you checked if on this machine is working antivirus? Especially McAfee? If yes, follow instructions below:
