Dynatrace Saas - LDAP integration

Hi,

We have some Dynatrace Managed installations integrated with customer corporative LDAP to managed IAM from users. The thing is that we'd like to use customer LDAP to manage user identity access with a Dynatrace SaaS installation. We are aware that SaaS installations have an integration with SSO (https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/user-management-and-sso/manage-users-and-groups-with-saml/?_ga=2.166528318.1048055114.1603106115-1732008233.1601540773) but we'd like to integrate it not with a SSO solution but a LDAP.

Do you know if is it possible?

Hi! I believe you can use SCIM protocol integration to synchronize user identities from LDAP to SSO:
