Activation of deep monitoring was unsuccessful

Activation of deep monitoring was unsuccessful

Deep monitoring of this process has been setup, but it is detected to be run with "chroot" modification, making it impossible for the OneAgent to perform full monitoring instrumentation.

How can i fix this?

There is no support for monitoring processes working on chroot.

Thank you for fast reply.

so i can report to Customer that if he want monitor this service(services), Customer need to disable chroot for this process?

I've got the same issue before, and support told me that this has to be done in the way you said. I don't know about any changes in this area.
