Process monitoring rules

Hi all.

What it means to have a process monitoring rule like: "Do not monitoring ...." ?

I have created some rules with that condition:

and I still see the processes in Processes tile and in Events tiles

We have restarted the processes several times.

This is not about monitoring process at all but about deep monitoring (detecting services on them).
