It is not passing the user’s IP addresses back to the application. All of the client IP addresses are the VIP of the NetScaler. I have moved the “X-Forwarded-For (default)” to the top of the IP Determination list and enabled that header on the business service in the NetScaler. We are still not getting locations for those users.
