Hi.

Our customer has installed Oneagent. After installing, I noticed that the system files were modified and coredump was enabled. In what directory is coredump output?

When Oneagenet is installed, "/ proc / sys / kernel / core_pattern" and "/etc/sysctl.conf" are modified. Do I need to restart the OS?

https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/linux-files-changed#system-file-modifications

At any time, you can check which processes aren't monitored and need to be restarted. Just select Deployment status from the navigation menu, click the All hosts or Recently connected hosts tab, and expand the host you are interested in"

Hi Toshimasa,

The core dumps should be stored in /opt/dynatrace/oneagent/agent/rdp by default.

You can read more about this process here: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/diagnostics/crash-analysis/

Thanks,
Jonathan
