      <description>&lt;P&gt;No this is not an issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As the first message says - now the local configuration at the host level overrides global configuration. It was the opposite until Dynatrace OneAgent 1.185. Now you can override plugin configuration (only enable/disable for JMX) at the host.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The second message just says the technology has not been detected in your environment. If you do have the technology, it had been restarted and you still see the message, I'd suggest to contact Dynatrace One to get it investigated. Message should disappear as soon as there is the technology present in your environment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
