Error while downloading agent on OCP Openshift

Hi All,

We found an error while downloading the agent.

In the ocp console, we found this error in the logs:

05:20:47 Attention! ONEAGENT_INSTALLER_SCRIPT_URL does not match expected pattern, please verify its correctness. See the following help page for instructions how to retrieve the URL: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/oneagent-docker#locate-your-oneagent-installer-url. If installer download succeeded, then this message may safely be ignored

Also status of the node is CrashLoopBackOff

And this is the condition now:

Any advices on this?

Hi zhahir_tajudin,

Are you using Dynatrace SaaS or Managed. Please check your cr.yaml to confirm you are using the proper format in apiUrl parameter.

SaaS - https: //ENVIRONMENTID.live.dynatrace.com/api
Managed - https: //YourActiveGateIP or FQDN:9999/e/<ENVIRONMENTID>/api
