I changed my Dynatrace SaaS user password by selecting 'forgot password' and then used the reset password link to create a new password which was accepted. Then later when I logged in again the new password was rejected while the old password still works. What is the correct way to change a Dynatrace SaaS user password for good?

Many SaaS Customers have their authentication linked to their organizations credentials. Have is your current working password the same as your organizational AD Password? You might need to change it at your organization level first.

Nope I do not use SSO for authentication.

What does work is to clear browser cache, which is something I should have thought of in the first place. Doh!
