Therefore, we are unable to divide and get the exact total time showing in the screenshots.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moreover, the document is also guiding that to reveal which statements have the highest overall response time, select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sort by total time&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;from the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sort&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;drop list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Babar&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In this screenshot below, I can understand what each figure means or how they're calculated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Except total time, I don't know how to get the 18.2 min/min no matter how I multiply and/or divide the other numbers seen in this screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;
