Collect data for service level agreement to meet metrics

Hello

we need to create a mechanism that collects page load response times that supports this calculation.

The Service Level
calculation for “Response Time of the Application” is the total number of page load time responses received for the
supported applications that meet the required response times, divided by the
total number of page load time response requests issued for the
supported applications during the Measurement Window,
with the result expressed as a percentage.

Hi Mark, for custom calculations such as this I'd recommend using the Dynatrace REST API to extract the raw data. You can then process in any way you wish.
