Limitation of trial SaaS account

Hi All,

What are the limitation do we have for trial account of Dynatrace Saas.

As I know we have limitation of monitoring of 10 hosts . Do we have any list which give the comparision between trial account vs Commercial licence.

Dynatrace SaaS trial offers 1,000 hours, 50,000 sessions, and 30,000 web checks.

The commercial license (consumption-based model) does not offer any limitations. You can consume what you actually need.

Can I monitor more that 10 host with trial account.

Apart from above mention ( host hours ,session and web checks), Do we have any other differece like transaction, web request based limitation.

Suresh,

you can monitor more than 10 hosts with a trial account. We do not limit the number of hosts. We have a limit of 50 host units. 1 host units equals to a server with 16 GB memory. 2 host units to a server with 32 GB and so on (16 GB increments). Also, units < 1 exists, e.g. a server with 8 GB equals to 0.5 host units.

So, based on the sizes of your servers you can connect more than 10 hosts concurrently.

Other limitations are not present.

Hi @suresh230591

Some limitations are imposed.

So you have demo access (demo user) with the trial version.

The most limitation seen in my side, you can't use the API (knowing that you can't create a token).
