Manage Oneagent logs in Linux

Hi Dynatrace Community,

We startet to get complains from hosts owners side regarding filling up log file system with a question if there is a way to remove Oneagent logs from the system which are more thsn 14 days old.

I was unable to find an option to define this so far. any idea how we can control logging volume for Oneagent?

Hello @IMO-Team ,

the log aging mechanism is already built-in. You cannot modify the log rotation by yourself. If you belive the log rotation and pruning does not work in your case, please contact Dynatrace One or create a support ticket.

Thanks @Julius_Loman! Somehow I manage to miss this doc. I think it should be sufficient in our case, otherwise I will contact support.
