I am not finding an specific doc here to share, but you need at least 2 Associate certifications as far I remember.

According to the Dynatrace Partner program, each Partner needs to have 2 Core Partner Training certifications (which can be done by sales, pre-sales or post-sales resources) and 2 Associate certifications (which are technical).

The “Core Partner" badge applies to Sales people. Just complete the “Core Partner Training”, and you will find a quiz at the end, which you will have to pass to gain the corresponding badge. This quiz can be done on your own, there is no need for a camera, and can be repeated if you do not achieve the needed grade.

Certification program for Technical resources has 3 levels: Associate, Professional, and Master. More details on the different product certifications can be found on Dynatrace University.
