1. Is there any known risks with changing the key user action thresholds.

2. once changed - how can you reset previous setting

3. What is the historic impact on they apdex threshold view if changed. From that point in time, all recorded data for the key user action.

changes are going to be forward facing. You can change it up to have a more strict load time and say happy users are less then 1 second, tolerated users are 1-2 seconds and frustrated are 2+ - so changing the apdex just changes their enjoyment classification. It wont change the history that I'm aware of for the user since its just forward facing. It can affect the apdex of the application overall.
