Dynatrace Host randomly goes into unmonitored state (offline) for 15 minutes

Hi Team,

I have installed OneAgent v1.249 on AIX systems v7.2 on 4 hosts. Sometimes 1 out of 4 hosts randomly goes into an unmonitored mode (offline) for 15-20 minutes. However, when I manually ssh into my host during that time, the host is up and all processes/services are running. Could you please give me any suggestions for this problem?

Hello @chinh_nv

I'm suspecting a connection issue between your OneAgent and your SaaS tenant (outbound 443 connection) or your ActiveGate (outbound port 9999).

The easier way, check the One agent logs in error on /var/log/dynatrace/oneagent or ActiveGate logs and identify the exceptions encountered and contact chat support.
