topic Dynatrace SAAS Certificate file(jks) for API call encryption in Open Q&A

A client needs to make an API call to ingest event metrics from the Dynatrace SAAS Environment. The requests require a certificate validation from the SAAS Environment. Does Dynatrace or can Dynatrace provide the certificate file from the Dynatrace Environment to be used to be installed on their servers plus corresponding keys to be used for their TLS/SSH Encryption?

What are the alternative/options if a certificate file is required for encryption that will be accepted by their SAAS Environment

Well I suggest trying to ingest metrics via AG. I'm sure that requirement is for outgoing connections. Using a local option can prevent this.

If they still insist you can Configure a custom certificate on the AG.

That's does the trick.
