      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dears I Appreciate your support and recommendations for this situation:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;After migration to Private cloud, I've got this message on a specific server where OneAgent is installed.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Another server is Up and Running normally but, on Dynatrace platform it shows OneAgent is Offline.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to reinstall one agent?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;install.log very helpful in such cases. Also, at 99% re-installation fixes any connectivity\ permissions issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, you can try to find any errors in&amp;nbsp;ruxitagent_host_* log in&amp;nbsp;%PROGRAMDATA%\dynatrace\oneagent\log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alexander Romanenkov&lt;/P&gt;</description>
