      <description>&lt;P&gt;Typically you will see the number of impacted users in the problem card details page. If you want to get a count per user, then the best way to go at this is to create a Request Attribute that will provide the user's name. Them you can use the multidimensional analysis chart to filter on failed requests and list it by request attribute user names.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
