How to collect "Response time" of a service by hosts

Hi,

I have a service A running on 3 different servers. I want to collect the "Response time" of that service A by individual hosts. The result should be like below.

Server1 - 10ms

Server2 - 12ms

Server3 - 11ms

I tried creating a metric from multi dimensional analysis, but getting error like "{Service:Instance} is not allowed as placeholder." Any idea how to achieve it?
