How to collect "Response time" of a service by hosts

Hi,

I have a service A running on 3 different servers. I want to collect the "Response time" of that service A by individual hosts. The result should be like below.

Server1 - 10ms

Server2 - 12ms

Server3 - 11ms

I tried creating a metric from multi dimensional analysis, but getting error like "{Service:Instance} is not allowed as placeholder." Any idea how to achieve it?

There is a Product Idea, where you can upvote, and also see some possible workarounds:
https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/Dynatrace-product-ideas/Split-Metrics-by-host-instance/idi-p/154406

Also, some more context here:
https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/Dynatrace-Open-Q-A/Service-response-time-split-by-host-or-CPD/m-p/164139
