Showing backtrace service on Smartscape

Hi All,

I want to show the backtrace service with red color on Smartscape that calls a third-party service and an error on a third-party service.

Now, it only shows third party services with red color. I want to show services A, B,C ,D in red color.

Hi there,

The overview page of the Dynatrace smartscape only shows the impacted entities of a problem.
You can click the red icon, then the smartscape will guide you to all the relationships of that entity.

It's not customizable behavior unfortunately. Is the problem registered with multiple impacted entities or just 1?
