    <description>&lt;P&gt;Most often these errors happen due to too complex PurePaths like too many nodes (spans) or when many exceptions occur.&lt;BR /&gt;You can also download the diagnostic archive and check the OneAgent log of the deep monitored process. I highly recommend excluding capturing exceptions which are not important to decrease the amount of captured data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
