it is shown as a Diagnostic message on the code-level tab in a purepath.

I have same issue, I get S20. Host is monitored with OneAgent fullstack mode and no OpenTelemetry involved.

Most often these errors happen due to too complex PurePaths like too many nodes (spans) or when many exceptions occur.
You can also download the diagnostic archive and check the OneAgent log of the deep monitored process. I highly recommend excluding capturing exceptions which are not important to decrease the amount of captured data.
