Here is what I'm aware of in terms of CMDB integrations:

ServiceNow has an application to easily synchronize the data it can provide:

The Dynatrace API (Smartscape and topology section in particular) is what has the data that can be used to provide this data to other CMDBs

With Versio.io we offer an Asset and Configuration Repository (CMDB), which, in contrast to conventional CMDBs, recognizes the relationships between data from different data sources (topologies) and historizes all data.

Appropriate importers for Dynatrace, Azure, VMWare etc. are available. Furthermore we provide importers, with which you can extend the monitoring of Dynatrace with the following things:

SSL certificates
Port scans
Database schema
File configuration
File directories
Generic data imports (database, REST API)
