Each issue has a Duration Time associated with it, which determines how long it has been open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the total time of problems in a given MZ, I have not encountered this. I suspect you will have to write a short script that will add up these times in terms of time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Radek&lt;/P&gt;</description>
