Casandra backup problem

We are getting a message trying to backup

"Cannot delete old snapshot (it has the file location) and it follows by "make sure that all files in backup directory are owned by dynatrace user and they have proper permissions"

Anyone else run into this issue or any suggestions that can help resolve this issue would greatly be appreciate it.

I am not exactly sure about the shared issue but according to the documentation "Dynatrace keeps the previous backup until a new one is completed."

Did you provide the full permissions to the user:group dynatrace on the mount point?
