High CPU for Process

Hi Team,
The customer is facing high CPU usage in a process OAS manager. but we cannot see its process and usage on the host overview Page . Can anyone please help to find out why the process is not seen? PFB snapshot.

You can force Dynatrace to monitor specific processes, which do not comply to automatic detecion rules via Declarative process grouping: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/process-groups#declare
I suggest you also to enable Process instance snapshots feature on either host, group or environment levels: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/host-monitoring-new#snapshots
