Business Events: missing request and response body

Hi Team,

I enabled BizEvents on a service. I can see few events with request and response body as expected. In few cases, There is no response body and In some cases, there is no request and no response body. But, I can see traces.

Could you please help me with this?

If this problem is still present Can you share with us an image of the issue? Also provide the Cluster version you are on?

Could you add more details about this scenario? If not possible, You should evaluate this:

Validate if the response transaction has no issues like 5xx errors or timeout or network transmission, this could be an indicator of not getting a response body. Check the distributed traces.
Validate from the frontend side with F12 in mode developer the network request/response, it only applies if the application is Web.
If there are log/logging files from the app/service you can review them.
