Unable to access "Services Delivery certification - Observability" in Dynatrace University

In dynatrace university, I couldn't view the "Services Delivery certification - Observability" but other colleagues of mine can access without any problem.

It return 404 every time when I click on the link to this certification.

Why is it that it's not appearing on my dynatrace university?

Probably you are not yet registered as a Partner.

Check with your company if they have a specific process to register as a partner, or follow this: https://partners.dynatrace.com/#/page/registration

The Services Delivery certification - Observability (and the others) are available to partners only.

Does that mean that despite my company has already registered as a Partner and my account was created under my company domain, I still need to register as a partner individually and so on if there's new member joining the company?

Correct, @william_cher . Your company should be registered as a partner, so you can choose it when registering yourself there.
