Does the Dynatrace Windows Agent leverage .NET Framework?

Hello All -

When installed on a Windows server, does the Dynatrace OneAgent leverage .NET Framework? If the agent is in infrastructure-only mode, does Dynatrace still leverage .NET Framwork on the host?

I'm trying to determine if there are any .NET Framework version dependencies, etc..., that could impact the installation or health of the DT OneAgent on a host machine.

When oneagent is in inframode, it can even see the process layer.
