Dynatrace One Agent Installation

Hi Team,

I tired to install One-Agent on my Linux server. I have created mount point named as /Dynatrace and started the installation. But the one agent installation got failed.

Please confirm is any problem in installing agent on other than default path(/opt/Dynatrace).

Please find the error messages.

Hi Senthamilselvan,

Installation to a directory different than /opt/dynatrace/oneagent is supported via INSTALL_PATH parameter. Please see the related help page for details: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/installatio...

If the problem still persists after using the supported way, please open a support ticket.

I read the documentation, Is the symbolic link will only work or if i create different file system/ mount point and install oneagent will also work.

I our case we are getting error while installing, It seems installation completes almost and fails for some other reasons.

Hi @Senthamilselvan J. did you ever figure this out/ We are encountering the same issue. Support has been unhelpful until this point.
