Dynatrace SaaS Filewall rule

Hi,

We introduced the Private Security Gateway in the trial of Dynatrace SaaS environment this time.

We set firewall to communicate between Private Secutiry Gateway and Dynatrace SaaS environment.

At that time, added *. Live.dynatrace.com: 443 as include list.

As a result, on Dynatrace SaaS, we were able to confirm the trial tenant information.

However, on the Firewall, a lot of error logs about nine host domain names including live.ruxit.com are outputed.

Then, We had no choice but to cancel the trial.

As far as we investigate DNS in these nine domain names, the IP address coincides with nine available at (ID) .live.dynatrace.com. We'd like to suppress the output of this error log.

Please let me know if you need to add a URL including ruxit as well.

Or is this only trial environment occurred, is it unnecessary in the case of regular environment?

You need to add to include list:

*.live.ruxit.com,

*.live.dynatrace.com,

ActiveGate connects to both domains.
