Hi Folks,

I want to configure ActiveGate for memory dump storage.

I am getting the Download Infos message as “Memory dump upload to ActiveGate is not available for this Agent technology in standalone mode.” in the navigation path “Hosts <Host_Name>  Memory dumps”

Below are the steps that I have undertaken already-

Installed ActiveGate of type Environment on Windows system (X86, 64 bit).

Running in container property of the installed ActiveGate is False.

Module “Memory dumps” is Enabled for the ActiveGate.

2. Have appropriately set custom.properties file as described in the support link below-

Is there anything else which needs to be done to make memory dump upload to ActiveGate happen?

Any pointers will be highly appreciated.

This is likely due to memory dump uploads to an ActiveGate not being supported by PaaS Agents. You can check to see if the memory dump is stored locally on the host itself:

/opt/dynatrace/oneagent-paas/memorydump/
