      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11427"&gt;@henk_stobbe&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes in some cases, as long as the severity and duration didn't increase from previous alerts, new problems will not be detected on the Problems page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as per what is mentioned in the documentation "&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Problems that are less severe and have a shorter duration than previous alerts are considered to be frequent issues and so alerts are suppressed for these.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will find all the details here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/frequent-issues" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/frequent-issues&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
