      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Wai,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This refers to Load balancers or proxies that Dynatrace detected in the service flow of your transactions. Whenever you see that icon, that refers to a load balancer or proxy Dynatrace detected at that point of your service flow. Clicking on it should give you more info like the IP address.
