      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;Are you seeing that the host is 100% available in Dynatrace? Dynatrace sends this alert out when either it detects a host has been abruptly shut down or when Dynatrace loses the network connection to the hosts OneAgent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Link to Docs:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/event-types-availability#host-or-monitoring-unavailable" target="_blank"&gt;https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/event-types-availability#host-or-monitoring-unavailable&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To my knowledge, the only options available for fine tuning this alert are to change the settings shown in the photo below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="DavidRitter_0-1704982676654.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/16758iA803F720A3716357/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="DavidRitter_0-1704982676654.png" alt="DavidRitter_0-1704982676654.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or to disable the default anomaly detection and create a custom alert for host availability.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
