Why didn't my ActiveGate update automatically

Hi All,

Why didn't the AG I installed upgrade automatically? the 'Automatic updates at earliest convenience' is already set up.

Following is the dynatrace_ag_autoupdater.log , the message "package not found" is displayed. But I can check through local API that there is new versions.

Is it because I installed this AG with a container(ubuntu container)? if os, how do I update it to new version.

Hi @samandqq,

regarding the issue, is it also happen if you update it manually from the ActiveGate settings? try to disable the auto-update and try to update it manually.

Good morning, having the same issue. While updating manually is most likely going to work this issue is probably due to a network issue reaching the cluster. Firewall block is most likely your issue or network routing problem.
