Cluster 283 bug - Key Requests Resulting in 404 Error - Fixed in Cluster 1.284

Hello everyone,

There is currently a bug in Cluster 1.283.64.20240117-171053.

Issue: When locked in a problem card timeframe/view in your Global Time Frame Selector, and you select a Key Request, the page will result in a 404:

Work Around:

You can revert form the V2 layout of Services and the older, classic layout will work just fine.

You can also remove the Problem Card association from the GTF and the issue will resolve.

Dynatrace Support is aware of this issue via Ticket: 270410

Status Update: Development has confirmed there is a bug, which has been backported to 284 (released targeted for next week). The regression is only when Problem state is activated, disabling it brings back usage as usual as workaround.

Status update - this bug has been corrected and validated in Cluster Version 1.284.104.20240206-131615
