Uninstall ActiveGate but sill visible in deployment status as offline

Hello there,

We had do migrate our Active Gates to new Server and therefore we uninstalled the Active Gate Role from the old Server as documented here: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/sgw-uninstall wigh the uninstaller script.

But now, they are still visible in the Deyployment status wit the following message:
- This ActiveGate has been shutdown on demand and is offline for 1 d.

Do you know how to remove them there? The old servers have already been shut down and dismantled.

Hi,

as far as I know old ActiveGates remain visible in the Deployment status until they age out after 7 (or was it 10?) days. It is not possible to remove them from the list manually.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, this is not the right solution for me. This is because "problems" are now being reported in the Dynatrace Managed deployment overview for the Environment ActiveGates although they are not (it is as expected...)
