Monitor the process owner user for a Tomcat service

Hi Team,

We need to monitor the owner user of a Java Tomcat service.
Eg., The service should be run as 'reports' user, if its not so, an Alert needs to be generated.

I see from here that we need to enable Process Instance Snapshot for this (Host monitoring with Dynatrace - Dynatrace Docs)

Is there any other way we can do this?

There is no current builtin metric that provides you this kind of dimension in order to be used in an alert condition.

You will need to ingest this data back to Dynatrace in order to be able to create a Metric Event.
