Examples of using OpenTelemetry exemplars in Java code

I already know how to create a count metric with the following code, and this metric can be displayed in Dynatrace. How can I incorporate OpenTelemetry exemplars into my code? Or are OpenTelemetry exemplars not yet compatible with Dynatrace?
