You can then agree with the support engineer how to provide this file, likely ftp or email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Apologies for the inconvenience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Error in support.dynatrace.com when attaching files</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to attach documents or images in the support section I see this:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, for me its not a network error but it sometimes says an error occurred. Usually it works if I upload the same file for a second or third time but it is slightly odd.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been encountering this issue for 2 weeks now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
