    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can use BizEvent, but not to capture all the request and response bodies. I recommend configuring BizEvent to focus on relevant parts of your payload, such as exceptions. Additionally, you can use request attributes as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please how can I enable in Dynatrace distributed trace (or elsewhere) tracing of requests / responses for individual wcf / grpc service calls?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Such capability would be very useful for incident resolution / development / testing etc.&lt;/P&gt;
