&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to keep sending mail until Problem closed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to set the transmission interval if possible?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No that's not possible. You only get updated if the problem increases in severity, e.g.: from slowdown to availability level. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to solve that use-case you could use our OpsGenie, VictorOps, PagerDuty integration as those incident management systems offer a repeated notification over time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wolfgang&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
