Enabling the view trace for one access log

For one access log there is view trace is disabled, when I hover on the disabled view trace option there is a message showing like no valid trace_id found, how can I enable view trace for a specific log

Basically, you need to enable log enrichment for the desired technology and you will have additional information in the log about trace_id.
I recommend that you start doing this in a process group to control if this is what you're looking for.

we have enabled the log enrichment on all process group and technologies but still only few of them are showing logs details in trace.
